SomatoEmotional Release

What is SomatoEmotional Release?

SomatoEmotional Release is a therapeutic process designed to rid your mind and body of the residual effects of past injuries and negative experiences.

The Mind Body Connection

SER is founded on the fact that the mind and body are linked as one and the health of one has major effects on the health of the other. Decreased neck and back pain, diminished levels of stress, improved quality sleep, etc., are all results of the body finally letting go.

How does SomatoEmotional Release work?

Since the beginning development of this therapeutic process, the patient’s body seems to be of two “minds”. Part of the patient wants to maintain the status quo. Another part of the patient is striving for improvement, which means that the energy cyst must be dissipated, thus ridding the body of the need for adaptation and discomfort.

What should I expect in a session?

During the therapeutic session, the release of the energy cyst frequently results in some re-experiencing of the pain, fear, anger, etc. The outcome of SomatoEmotional release is greater physical and emotional health and well-being, as well as significant relief of the patient’s symptoms.

Kelly is great! I had an ongoing issue with my shoulder and after a few sessions I felt good as new! Kelly is very intuitive. She always figures out just what my body needs. I wouldn't hesitate to book a session with her. Your body will thank you.

I have never been to a health and wellness, or doctors office that can make me feel like a completely different person! After being seen by Kelly I can take on my day and week with clarity and pain free. It’s amazing and I highly recommend for everyone, even without pains, to get cranial therapy!
